Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays maybe be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping under £25 total will cost £3 on all orders within the UK, anything over £25 free shipping will be applied at checkout

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 days business days from dispatch.
    (Please be aware the courier is responsible for shipping delays)

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can track your parcel’s journey to you.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to UK addresses. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and ensure a resolution, whether that be a refund or replacement.
